How do you protect fragile or heavy decor items during transit? Aquarium decor items—especially heavy rocks, detailed structures, or intricate coral replicas—require maximum security. To guarantee absolute perfection, every Arlovique order is thoroughly cleaned, wrapped in thick shock-absorbing foam molds, and shipped inside heavy-duty, crush-resistant outer cartons to ensure your pieces arrive completely crack-free and flawless.

Are Arlovique decorations safe for sensitive fish, shrimp, and live plants? Yes, 100%. Safety is the core foundation of our manufacturing process. Do I need to treat or boil the decor before putting it into my tank? No boiling is necessary, as intense heat can damage the custom protective fade-resistant coatings. We simply recommend rinsing your Arlovique decor under clean, running tap water for a few minutes to remove any loose transit dust before placing it inside your aquarium. Never use soap, bleach, or chemical cleaners.

How do I clean algae off my Arlovique decor? During regular tank maintenance, simply remove the decor from your tank and gently scrub any algae accumulation using a soft-bristled toothbrush or an aquarium-safe sponge with warm water. Rinse well and place it back into the tank.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to cycle your tank with complete confidence! To prevent any cross-contamination or biological risks to aquarium ecosystems, we accept returns only on completely unused, un-submerged decor items in their original, pristine condition and factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
